Hibari x Shy!Pregnant!Reader: Drabble 1[RQ]

    “Have you told him yet?” You shook your head nervously, a hand brought to your chest. You have told Tsuna all about the big news, but you had yet to tell the father himself. You were married to the Vongola cloud guardian for almost three years, but the natural uneasiness that came with breaking the news seemed to ignore that fact.

    “I’m not sure what he’ll say…after…after I tell him…To be honest, I’m scared. W-What if he doesn’t want one? W-What am I supposed to do then?” Tsuna chuckled before placing a comforting hand on your shoulder.

    “Hibari-san may be quite cold at times, but I’m sure if it’s you it won’t be any problem.” Tsuna stood up from the couch and pointed a finger at the cloud guardian’s office. “Good Luck, _____, and congratulations to both of you.”

    “T-Thank you, Tsuna.”

    “No problem, _____. Although I do understand why you’re nervous, just let things go naturally and everything will follow the rest.” Tsuna glanced at his wristwatch before turning back to you. “I’d love to stay and chat, but I have a meeting now. I’m sorry, ____.”

    “It’s fine, sorry for keeping you, Tsuna.” You sent him an apologetic smile, unconsciously gripping the hems of your skirt. “You don’t have to apologize ____, I’m actually glad you thought of telling me first before the others.”

    “You’ve changed a lot, Tsuna…”

    “Eh? How so?”

    “Well…you seem more, reliable in a sense. Like a boss.”

    “Well, I’ve gotten used to things I guess, haha.”

    “Tenth!” Both you and Tsuna turned to the owner of the voice, a scrambling Gokudera made his way to the waiting brunette, panting and cursing in Italian. “Gokudera, sorry. I was about to go to the meeting, did I make them wait?” Gokudera breathed in deeply before straightening his back.

    “No, but that darn Adelheid keeps barking orders at me.”

    “I see, sorry for the trouble Gokudera. See you later, _____.” You hummed a response, waved goodbye to the both of them before turning your full attention to the door in front of you. You gulped loudly before bringing a shaky hand to knock on the door.

    KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

    “Come in.”

    “Here we go _____, y-you can do this.” You turned the knob of the room and entered the office quietly. Hibari raised his head for a moment then quickly turned back to the papers piled up on his desk. You shut the door silently behind you before mustering up the courage to speak.

    “A-Am I bothering you?”

    “Did I say you were?”

    “N-No…A-Actually, Kyoya…I came to tell you something…”

    “And that would be?” A thick air of silence hung in the air and only the soft scratching of his pen could be heard. “A-Actually…” You bit your lip before continuing, voice trembling from start to end.
