It's been three months since the zombie outbreak and Kuroko, along with his friend Kagami Taiga were able to scrape up whatever they had and managed to survive. Tokyo was nowhere at peace, most of it's civilians had either turned or are stuck inside the city. Unfortunately for them, Kuroko and Kagami fell into the latter. Somewhere in the third floor apartment room they hide in, Kuroko Tetsuya held his binoculars tightly in his hands. His fingers were shaking yet his face was devoid of any emotion. The mere image of those lifeless husks as they shuffled past their own kind was enough to send chills through the young teen. He tore his eyes away from the undead and whipped his head towards his partner.
"Kagami-kun, did you get a signal?" Kagami shook his head in a rueful manner.
"Tch...I can't even play Basketball with those freaks out there..." Kagami threw the small radio phone into his bagpack and lay his back down on the floor. "I honestly can't believe how you can still think about basketball when there is no surety that we'll even be able to last another day alive." Kuroko tucked away his binoculars and double-checked all the windows.
The zombies, despite being former humans, showed no sign of intelligence. They were not capable of speaking and can only manage to produce gurgling sounds which serves as some sort of alarm for any survivor in the vicinity. They can't open doors or windows as well, but with the right numbers they are able to destroy any obstacle in their way. The best means of survival in this world, were to stick in large groups of people with a fighting chance and raid hospitals and stores for rations. Kuroko and Kagami were once part of a big group, but they got separated from the rest when a zombie had infiltrated their base. They haven't got any news on their friends ever since then, a part of them was hoping that they were alive, they had Riko the strategist of course. But a part of them had given up hope on ever seeing them again.
"After the horde passes we need to leave. If we stay in one place for too long they might pick up our scent." After having made sure that they were safe enough to spend the night, Kuroko sat beside Kagami and passed him some rations from his pack. "We might have to look for some food as well while we're at it." He took out his plastic fork and silently ate the canned food.
"Not that I don't mind dying of starvation..." Kuroko mumbled the latter part, looking down at his food sadly. After what seemed like an hour, at least the both of them felt like it was, they had finally managed to lay comfortably on a few moth eaten couches and fell asleep. They'd often awake to loud screams and they'd scramble onto their feet and peer through the glass window, but it was already too late for the survivor who had made that sound. When the horde had dispersed, what was left lying on the ground was the mangled body of whatever remained of the 'survivor'.
Kagami gripped the windowsill tightly as he watched the newly transformed zombie struggling to get up. It's entrails dropping onto the hard cement below. "Darn it..." Kuroko clapped a hand onto his shoulder and shook his head. "It was already too late for him to begin with, he was walking around with no protection or weapon. You don't have to blame yourself, Kagami-kun."
"How much longer...are we going to have to suffer?" Kagami sunk onto his knees and Kuroko knelt to his level.
"I don't know Kagami-kun...I don't know..."

From Dragon Tamer to Prince's Savior
On the island of Berk, where it snows six months and hails the other three, lived a boy with auburn hair and emerald green eyes. He was the son of the chief of the village who went by the name of Stoick, known to be the strongest and greatest dragon slayer of their time. However, his son, named Hiccup, was unable to kill dragons like his father. He was way too scrawny and lean. He lacked the ability to handle a decent weapon and when the time came disaster followed. However, he harbored other traits the Vikings lacked. So he did the best next thing. He helped a rare dragon regain his lost tail fin and be able to fly once more. Hiccup became a
